New Zealand and India business ties

India is New Zealand’s most developed relationship in South Asia, and its importance to New Zealand is growing, reflecting India’s expanding economy and global influence. The foundations for the relationship are sound, and are based on shared values, and strong Commonwealth and people-to-people links.

NZTE has offices in Mumbai and New Delhi which support New Zealand businesses and promote commercial links between New Zealand and India, predominantly in the specialised manufacturing, premium food and beverage, aviation and technology sectors.
